Al-Fatihah ---- The Opening ---- Chapter One

1. In the name of Allāh, the Compassionate, the Merciful.

2. Praise be to Allāh, Lord of the Worlds.

3. The Compassionate, the Merciful.

4. Master of the Day of Judgment.

5. It is You we worship, and upon You we call for help.

6. Guide us to the straight path.

7. The path of those You have blessed, not of those against
whom there is anger, nor of those who are misguided.

————————————
al-Fatihah — the Opening — Chapter 1:1-7

——————————————————————————————

In the name of Allāh, the Compassionate, the Merciful

1. Alif, Lam, Meem.

2. This is the Book in which there is no doubt, a guide for the righteous.

3. Those who believe in the unseen, and perform the prayers, and give from what We have provided for them.

4. And those who believe in what was revealed to you, and in what was revealed before you, and are certain of the Hereafter.

5. These are upon guidance from their Lord. These are the successful.

————————————
al-Baqarah — Chapter 2:1-5

——————————————————————————————

In the name of Allāh, the Compassionate, the Merciful

255. Allāh! There is no god except He, the Living, the Everlasting. Neither slumber overtakes Him, nor sleep. To Him belongs everything in the heavens and everything on earth. Who is he that can intercede with Him except with His permission? He knows what is before them, and what is behind them; and they cannot grasp any of His knowledge, except as He wills. His Throne extends over the heavens and the earth, and their preservation does not burden Him. He is the Most High, the Great.

————————————
Ayatul-Kursi — The Verse of the Throne

al-Baqarah - Chapter 2:255

——————————————————————————————

133. And be quick in the race towards forgiveness from your Lord, and a Garden as wide as the heavens and the earth, prepared for the righteous.

134. Those who give in prosperity and adversity, and those who restrain anger, and those who forgive people. Allāh loves the doers of good.

135. And those who, when they commit an indecency or wrong themselves, remember Allāh and ask forgiveness for their sins-and who forgives sins except Allāh? And they do not persist in their wrongdoing while they know.

136. Those-their reward is forgiveness from their Lord, and gardens beneath which rivers flow, abiding therein forever. How excellent is the reward of the workers.

137. Many societies have passed away before you. So travel the earth and note the fate of the deniers.

138. This is a proclamation to humanity, and guidance, and advice for the righteous.

139. And do not waver, nor fall into despair. You are the foremost, if you are true in faith.

140. If a wound afflicts you, a similar wound has afflicted the others. Such days We alternate between the people, that Allāh may make evident those who believe, and take witnesses from among you. Allāh does not love the evildoers.

————————————
āl-‘Imrān — Chapter 3:133-140

——————————————————————————————

1. Exalt the Name of your Lord, the Most High.

2. He who creates and regulates.

3. He who measures and guides.

4. He who produces the pasture.

5. And then turns it into russet stubble.

6. We will make you recite, so you do not forget.

7. Except what Allāh wills. He knows what
is declared, and what is hidden.

8. We will make your way smooth to a state of ease.

9. So remind, that the reminder may benefit.

10. He who fears Allāh will be reminded.

11. But the wretched one will avoid it.

12. He who will enter the greatest Fire.

13. Where he will neither die, nor live.

14. Successful is he who purifies himself.

15. And mentions the name of his Lord,
and prays.

16. But you prefer the present life.

17. Though the Hereafter is better, and more lasting.

18. Indeed, this is in the former scriptures.

19. The Scriptures of Abraham and Moses.

————————————
al-A’lā — Chapter 87:1-19

As evidenced above and witnessed throughout, some of the consistent features and themes of the Holy Qur'an which are present from beginning to end are that ALLAH repeatedly proclaims that HE is the Creator of the heavens and the earth and has Absolute Sovereignty over all things, and that HE is ONE having no partners, associates or equals and that HE Alone is Worthy to be Worshipped and Worthy of All Praise! ALLAH repeatedly proclaims HIS Compassion, Beneficence, Mercy, Forgiveness, Love, Care and Concern for HIS creatures and servants. ALLAH also repeatedly proclaims that HE is Severe in Punishing Wrong.

ALLAH repeatedly pairs together threats of Severe Punishment from HIM for those who reject Faith in HIM Alone, for those who commit evil deeds and do not repent of their evil and amend their crooked ways, and for those who fabricate elaborate lies against ALLAH such as saying that ALLAH has begotten children, ---

HE pairs together threats of Severe Punishment for those who reject Faith with Promises! for the Believers, those who Do Not associate others in the Worship of ALLAH, those who are Ever Mindful of their Duty to HIM and who do Good Deeds, --- ALLAH Promises to them Goodly Blessings and Rewards from HIM which shall never end.

"All praise belongs to ALLAH Who has sent down the Book to HIS servant, free from all distortion, full of truth and guidance, that it may give warning of a Grievous Chastisement proceeding from HIM, and that it may give the Believers who Work Righteousness the Glad Tidings that they shall have a Good Reward which they shall enjoy for ever ......"

————————————
Al-Kahf — Chapter 18:1-3

Whomsoever ALLAH Guides, No One Can Lead Astray

32. Who is more evil than he who lies about Allāh, and denies the truth when it has come to him? Is there not in Hell room for the ungrateful?

33. But he who promotes the truth, and testifies to it-these are the righteous.

34. They will have whatever they please with their Lord. Such is the reward for the virtuous.

35. Allāh will acquit them of the worst of their deeds, and will reward them according to the best of what they used to do.

36. Is Allāh not enough for His servant? And they frighten you with those besides Him. Whomever Allāh sends astray, for him there is no guide.

37. And whomever Allāh guides, for him there is no misleader. Is Allāh not Powerful and the Lord of Retribution?

38. And if you asked them, "Who created the heavens and the earth?" they would say, "Allāh." Say, "Have you seen those you pray to instead of Allāh? If Allāh willed any harm for me, can they lift His harm? And if He willed a blessing for me, can they hold back His mercy?" Say, "Allāh suffices for me. On Him the reliant rely.”

39. Say: "O my people, work according to your ability; and so will I. Then you will know.

40. Who will receive a humiliating punishment, and on whom will fall a lasting torment.

Az-Zumar — Chapter 39:32-40

Exalted is ALLAH from Whom we come and to Whom we shall return. Surah 36, Ya Seen

"And when it is said to them: Spend from that which ALLAH has provided for you, those who disbelieve say to those who believe, Should we feed one whom, if ALLAH had willed, HE would have fed? You are not but in clear error." [36:47]

"So let not their speech grieve you. Indeed, We know what they conceal and what they declare." [36:76]

"So Exalted is HE in whose hand is the realm of all things, and to HIM you will be returned." [36:83]

Ya Seen, 36:1-21 - part 1

Surah 50, Qaf consists of 45 ayaat or verses in all.

"And Paradise will be brought near to the Righteous, not far, [It will be said], This is what you were promised --- for every returner [to ALLAH] and keeper [of HIS covenant] who feared the Most Meriful unseen and came with a heart returning [in repentance]. Enter it in Peace. This is the Day of Eternity." [50:31-34]

"So be patient, [O Muhammad], over what they say and Exalt with Praise of your LORD before the rising of the sun and before its setting, and [in part] of the night Exalt HIM and after prostration." [50:39-40]

Qaf, 50:1-45

Surah 55, Ar-Rahman or The Compassionate or The Beneficent or The Most Merciful or The Most Gracious ...... consists of 78 ayaat or verses in all.

"Bismillaahi-r-Rahmaani-r-Raheem" [In the Name of ALLAH, The Compassionate, The Merciful] is a formula for invoking ALLAH's assistance which heads every Surah or Chapter of the Holy Qur'an, with the exception of Surah 9.

"Ar-Rahman" is a name or attribute by which ALLAH is called upon. Ar-Rahman is but one of many names which refers to ALLAH's several attributes of Compassion, Love, and Mercy, etc.,!

In ayah 110 of Surah 17, Bani Israel [the Children of Israel], ALLAH makes it perfectly clear that HIS worshippers are permitted to call upon HIM by HIS attributes. "Say [unto the people]: Call upon ALLAH, or call upon Ar-Rahman: By whatever name [or attribute] you call upon HIM, [it is well]. HIS are the Most Beautiful names [or attributes]......." [17:110]

"Ar-Rahman [The Most Merciful]! It is HE Who has taught the Qur'an" [55:1-2]

"Blessed is the Name of your LORD, The Owner or Possessor of Majesty and Honor." [55:78]

Ar-Rahman, 55:1-78

Sure Evidence! that ALLAH is ONE! and that Al-Islam is the Purification of Faith, is Clearly Revealed Repeatedly throughout the Holy Qur'an.

Surah 2, Al-Baqarah consists of 286 ayaat or verses in all:

ALLAH! Laa ilaaha illa Huwa [none has the right to be worshipped but HE], The Ever Living, The One Who sustains and protects all that exist. Neither slumber, nor sleep overtake HIM. To HIM belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on earth. Who is he that can intercede with HIM except with HIS Permission? HE knows what happens to them [HIS creatures] in this world, and in the Hereafter. And they will never compass anything of HIS Knowledge except that which HE wills. HIS Kursi extends over the heavens and the earth, and HE feels no fatigue in guarding them. And HE is The Most High, The Most Great. [2:255]

There is no compulsion in religion. Verily, the Right Path has become distinct from the wrong path. Whoever disbelieves in Taghut and believes in ALLAH, then he has grasped the most trustworthy handhold that will never break. And ALLAH is All Hearer, All Knower. [2:256]

ALLAH is the Wali [Protector or Guardian] of those who believe. HE brings them out from darkness into light. But as for those who disbelieve, their Auliya [supporters and helpers] are Taghut [false deities and false leaders]; they bring them out from light into darkness. Those are the dwellers of the Fire, and they will abide therein forever [except as ALLAH wills]. [2:257]

Al-Baqarah, 2:243-257

----------------------------------------------------------------

Surah 3, Al-'Imran consists of 200 ayaat or verses in all:

And to ALLAH belongeth the Dominion of the heavens and the earth; and ALLAH hath Power over All Things. [3:189]

Surely, in the creation of the heavens and the earth, and the alternation of the night and the day are Signs for those who possess understanding. [3:190]

Those who remember ALLAH standing and sitting and lying on their sides, and reflect on the creation of the heavens and the earth. "Our LORD, YOU have not created this in vain. Glory to YOU [YOU are Exalted, High Above that which they associate with YOU as partners]! Preserve us from the Punishment of the Fire." [3:191]

Al-'Imran, 3:188-195

----------------------------------------------------------------

Surah 16, Al-Nahl consists of 128 ayaat or verses in all:

....... Glorified and Exalted be HE above all that they associate as partners with HIM. [16:1]

An-Nahl, 16:1-25

----------------------------------------------------------------

Surah 20, Ta-Ha consists of 135 ayaat or verses in all:

Ta-Ha.

We have not sent down to you [O Muhammad] the Qur'an that you be distressed.

But only as a Reminder for those who fear [ALLAH] ---

A revelation from HE Who has created the earth and highest heavens,

The Most Merciful [Who is] above the Throne established.

To HIM belongs what is in the heavens and what is on the earth, and what is between them, and what is under the soil.

And if you speak aloud --- then indeed, HE knows the secret and what is [even] more hidden.

ALLAH!--- there is no deity except HIM! To HIM belong the Best Names.

And has the story of Moses reached you? ---

When he saw a fire and said to his family: "Stay here; indeed, I have perceived a fire; perhaps I can bring you a torch or find at the fire some guidance."

And when he came to it, he was called: "O Moses! Indeed, I Am your LORD!, so remove your sandals. Indeed, you are in the sacred valley of Tuwa.

And I have chosen you, so listen to what is revealed [to you].

Indeed, I Am ALLAH! There is no deity except ME, so worship ME and establish Prayer for MY Remembrance."

Indeed, the Hour is coming --- I almost conceal It --- so that every soul may be recompensed according to that for which it strives.

So do not let one avert you from It who does not believe in It and follows his desire, for you [then] would perish. [20:1-16]

Laa ilaaha illa Huwa [none has the right to be worshipped but HE]. It is HE Who gives life and causes death, your LORD and The LORD of your fathers. [44:6-8]

Ad-Dukhan, 44:1-59

----------------------------------------------------------------

Surah 72, Al-Jinn consists of 28 ayaat or verses:

Tell them [O Muhammad]: I pray only to my LORD, and I associate no one with HIM. I have no power to do you either harm or good. Surely, none can protect me against ALLAH, nor can I find any place of refuge beside HIM. [72:20-22]

----------------------------------------------------------------

Surah 112, Al-Ikhlas or The Purification of Faith is a short Surah consisting of 4 ayaat or verses:

Has the time not come for those who have believed that their hearts should become humbly submissive at the remembrance of ALLAH and what has come down to them of the truth?

On the day you see the believing men and believing women, their light proceeding before them and on their right [it will be said], “Your good tidings today are [of] gardens beneath which rivers flow, wherein you will abide eternally.”  That is what is the great attainment.

On the [same] day the hypocrite men and women will say to those who believed, “Wait for us that we may acquire some of your light.”

It will be said, “Go back behind you and seek light.”

And a wall will be placed between them with a door, its interior containing mercy, but on the outside of it is torment.

The hypocrites will call to the believers, “Were we not with you?”

They will say, “Yes, but you afflicted yourselves and awaited [misfortune for us] and doubted, and wishful thinking deluded you until there came the command of Allāh.  And the deceiver deceived you concerning Allāh.  So today no ransom will be taken from you or from those who disbelieved.  Your refuge is the fire."

["So today no ransom will be taken from you or from those who disbelieved.  Your refuge is the fire.  It is most worthy of you, and wretched is the destination.”]

Has the time not come for those who have believed that their hearts should become humbly submissive at the remembrance of Allāh and what has come down to them of the truth?  And let them not be like those who were given the Scripture before, and a long period passes over them, so their hearts heartened; and many of them are defiantly disobedient.

Know that Allāh gives life to the earth after its death.  Indeed, We have made the signs clear for you to understand.

The men who give in charity and the women who give in charity and set apart for Allāh a goodly portion, it will be doubled for them, and theirs is a generous reward.

[al-Qur’an, translation chapter 57 verses 12-18]

"ALLAH is The Most Just of Judges!" Surah 95, At-Tin and Surah 42, Ash-Shura preceded by Surah 1, Al-Fatihaha

In the Name of ALLAH, The Compassionate, The Merciful

All Praise is for ALLAH, The LORD of the Worlds, The Compassionate, The Merciful. Master of the Day of Judgment: O' ALLAH! YOU Alone we Worship and YOU Alone we call on for Help. O' ALLAH! Guide us to the Right Way; the Way of those whom YOU have favored; not of those who have earned YOUR Wrath, or of those who have lost the Way. [1:1-7]

And in whatsoever you differ, the Decision thereof is with ALLAH [HE is The Ruling Judge]. Such is ALLAH, my LORD in Whom I put my trust, and to HIM I turn in all my affairs and in repentance. [42:10]

Is not ALLAH The Most Just of Judges? [95:1-8]

----------------------------------------------------------------

ALLAH is The Most Just of Judges --- The Most Conclusive of Judges --- The Wises of Judges!

----------------------------------------------------------------

Surah 95, At-Tin consists of 8 short ayaat or verses in all.

At-Tin, 95:1-8

----------------------------------------------------------------

1- By the Fig and the Olive, 2- and by the Mount of Sinai, 3- and by this City of Security [Makkah], 4- We have certainly created man in the best of stature; 5- then We return him to the lowest of the low, 6- except for those who believe and do righteous deeds, for they will have a Reward uninterrupted. 7- So what yet causes you to deny the Recompense? 8- Is not ALLAH the Most Just of Judges? [95:1-8]

ALLAH created man and taught him what he knew not.

The Holy Qur'an is an Enduring Miracle from ALLAH. The very first words revealed of the Miraculous Qur'an are "Iqra' bismi Rabbikal-lathee khalaqa ....." [Read or Recite in the Name of your LORD who created .....].

Surah 96, Al-'Alaq or the Clot begins with the very first revelation of the Holy Qur'an. Surah Al-'Alaq consists of 19 short ayaat or verses in all.

This short Surah begins: "Iqra' bismi Rabbikal-lathee khalaqa ....." [Read or Recite in the Name of your LORD who created .....].

----------------------------------------------------------------

Read Holy Qur'an!

We invite you to believe in ALLAH and be confirmed with the Sure Knowledge that the Arabic Qur'an which has been revealed through Prophet Muhammad [peace be upon him] is the True and Perfect Guidance from ALLAH, for those who believe and put their trust exclusively in their LORD. Some of the other numerous Clear Arguments and Clear Proofs regarding the Truth about ALLAH and al-Islam [the Submission or Surrender to HIM] which are contained throughout the complete Arabic Qur'an, Chapters 1 through 114 are translated into the English language as follows:

HE is ALLAH, beside Whom Laa ilaaha illaa Huwa [none has the right to be worshipped but HE], The All-Knower of the unseen and the seen. HE is The Most Gracious, The Most Merciful.

HE is ALLAH, beside Whom Laa ilaaha illaa Huwa [none has the right to be worshipped but HE], The King, The Holy, The Source of Peace, The Bestower of Security, The Protector, The Mighty, The Supreme. Glory be to ALLAH! [High is HE] above all that they associate as partners with HIM.

HE is ALLAH, The Creator, The Maker, The Fashioner. HIS are the Most Beautiful Names. All that is in the heavens and the earth declares HIS glory; and HE is The All-Mighty, The All-Wise. [59:22-24]

ALLAH Witnesses That Their Is No Deity Except HIM!
----------------------------------------------------------------

ALLAH witnesses that there is no deity except HIM; and so do the Angels and those of knowledge, --- that HE is maintaining creation in justice. There is no deity except HIM, The Exalted in Might, The Wise.

Indeed, the Religion in the Sight of ALLAH is al-Islam. And those who were given the Scripture did not differ except after knowledge had come to them - out of jealous animosity between themselves. And whoever disbelieves in the verses of ALLAH, then indeed, ALLAH is swift in taking account.

So if they argue with you, say: I have submitted myself to ALLAH in Islam, and so have those who follow me. And say to those who were given the Scripture and to the unlearned: Have you submitted yourselves? And if they submit in Islam, they are rightly guided; but if they turn away - then upon you is only the duty of notification. And ALLAH is All-Seeing of HIS servants. [3:18-20]

----------------------------------------------------------------

O mankind, there has come to you instruction from your LORD and Healing for what is in the breast and Guidance and Mercy for the Believers. [10:57]

So is one whose breast ALLAH has expanded to accept Islam and he is upon a light from his LORD [like one whose heart rejects it]? Then woe to those whose hearts are hardened against the remembrance of ALLAH. Those are in manifest error.

ALLAH has sent down the Best Statement: a consistent Book wherein is reiteration. The skins shiver thereof of those who Fear their LORD; then their skins and their hearts relax at the remembrance of ALLAH. That is the Guidance of ALLAH by which HE guides whom HE wills. And one whom ALLAH leaves astray - for him there is no guide. [39:22-23]

And when it is said to them: Believe as other people have believed, they exclaim: Shall we believe as the fools have believed? Now surely, they are the fools, but they know not. [2:13
]

And if you are in doubt as to that which ALLAH revealed to HIS servant, then produce a chapter like it and call on your helpers aside from ALLAH if you are truthful. But if you do it not -- and you can never do it -- then be on your guard against the Fire whose Fuel is men and stones; it is prepared for the disbelievers. [2:23-24]

Many of the People of the Scripture wish that they could turn you back to disbelief after you have believed, out of envy from themselves even after the Truth has become clear to them. But pardon and overlook until ALLAH delivers HIS command. Surely, ALLAH is Possessor of Power over all things. [2:109]

We Believe In ALLAH and in All of HIS Messengers!
----------------------------------------------------------------

Say: We have believed in ALLAH and what has been revealed to us and what has been revealed to Abraham and Ishmael and Isaac and Jacob and the Descendants, and what was given to Moses and Jesus, and what was given to the Prophets from their LORD. We make no distinction between any of them, and we are Muslims [in submission] to HIM.

So if they believe in the same as you believe in, then they have been rightly guided; but if they turn away, they are only in dissension, and ALLAH will be sufficient for you against them. And HE is The Hearing, The Knowing.

And say: Ours is the Religion of ALLAH. And who is better than ALLAH in [ordaining] religion? And we are worshippers of HIM. [2:136-138]

----------------------------------------------------------------

All Messengers Bear Witness: "No God Except ALLAH!"
----------------------------------------------------------------

Or have they taken gods besides HIM? Say [O Muhammad]: Produce your proof. This [Qur'an] is the Message for those with me and the Message for those before me. But most of them do not know the truth, so they are turning away.

And We sent not before you any Messenger except that We revealed to him that, "There is no deity except ME, so worship ME."

And they say: "The Most Merciful has taken a son." Exalted is HE! Rather, they are but Honored Servants.

They cannot precede HIM in word, and they act by HIS command.

HE knows what is presently before them and what will be after them, and they cannot intercede except on behalf of one whom HE approves. And they, from Fear of HIM, are apprehensive.

And whoever of them should say, "Indeed, I am a god besides HIM" - that one We would recompenses with Hell. Thus do We recompense the wrongdoers. [21:24-29]

----------------------------------------------------------------

Muhammad is not but a Messenger. Other Messengers have passed on before him. So if he was to die or be killed, would you turn back on your heels [to disbelief]? And he who turns back on his heels will never harm ALLAH at all; but ALLAH will Reward the grateful. [3:144]

Ascribing Associates with ALLAH is Disbelief!
----------------------------------------------------------------

They have certainly disbelieved who say: ALLAH is "the Messiah, the son of Mary", while the Messiah has said: "O Children of Israel, worship ALLAH, my LORD and your LORD." Indeed, he who associates others with ALLAH --- ALLAH has forbidden him Paradise, and his refuge is the Fire. And there are not for the wrongdoers any helpers.

They have certainly disbelieved who say: "ALLAH is the third of three. And there is no god except One GOD. And if they do not desist from what they are saying, there will surely afflict the disbelievers among them a Painful Punishment.

So will they not repent to ALLAH and seek forgiveness? And ALLAH is Forgiving and Merciful.

The Messiah, son of Mary, was not but a Messenger; other Messengers have passed on before him. And his mother was a Supporter of Truth. They both used to eat food. Look how We make clear to them the Signs; then look how they are deluded.

Say: Do you worship besides ALLAH that which holds for you no power of harm or benefit while it is ALLAH Who is The Hearing, The Knowing. [5:72-76]

----------------------------------------------------------------

ALLAH is the Friend of those who believe --- HE brings them out of darkness into Light. And those who disbelieve, their friends are the devils who take them out of Light into darkness. They are the companions of the Fire; therein they abide. [2:257]
